DAY-TO-DAY FOCUS
What You'll Be Doing
Patient Communication
You are the first friendly face and voice our patients encounter. Your warmth and professionalism set the tone for their healing experience in our practice.
- Greeting patients with a positive, supportive energy
- Managing phone calls and answering questions accurately
- Handling patient recalls and follow-up communication
Office Coordination
Keeping a busy wellness clinic running smoothly takes an organized mind. You'll ensure every patient's visit is seamless from the moment they book.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
- Organizing filing systems and maintaining accurate data entry
- Performing basic housekeeping to keep the office pristine
Payments & Compliance
Handling the details matters. You'll bring confidence and care to the administrative side of patient care, ensuring accuracy and trust.
- Discussing billing tactfully and taking payments
- Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting support
- Maintaining strict HIPAA compliance with records
